We offer a variety of lessons for you to choose from.

*Individual Paddleboard Lesson Package: Buy 5 individual lessons at the beginner lesson price point and get 1 lesson Free (Savings of $55). This is a great way to build on previous lessons in order to hone in and improve your paddling skills.

*Beginner Paddleboard Lesson: 60 minutes of SUP 101 Instruction with your instructor covering the basic fundamentals of paddling. This includes properly fitting yourself to a board and understanding necessary safety considerations.

*Intermediate Paddleboard Lesson: 60 minute lesson where you will go from a basic paddle enthusiast to a more efficient and confident paddler, through various turning techniques, tips/tricks and understanding how to paddle in all weather conditions. 

*Advanced Paddleboard Lesson: Help to improve your power and endurance. Turns, such as pivots and cross bows, stronger stances, and more efficient paddle strokes will be covered.

*Group Paddleboard Lesson: Great for all levels of paddlers. Group of 2-4 people max ($45 per person). This group lesson covers the basics of paddling: Safety, Rescue techniques, Basic Turns & Strokes, Getting on and off your board in the water.

All Paddleboard Lessons are a total water time of 90 minutes (60 minutes with instructor then 30 minutes free paddle).
